Founded in 2013 as a regular domestic window cleaning round, Tip Top has grown into a professional exterior cleaning company with five vans and a trained team. We now clean everything from homes across South Hampshire to schools, care homes, managed sites and commercial buildings across Hampshire and surrounding counties.

What We Clean
Window Cleaning
We clean exterior windows, frames, sills and doors using professional water-fed pole systems and purified water. Frames, sills and doors are included as standard. Internal window cleaning is available when required using professional indoor equipment. Shop fronts and certain jobs can be cleaned traditionally where that suits the work better.
Gutter Clearing
Gutter clearing means removing leaves, moss, grass and debris from inside the gutters. We use professional gutter vacuum equipment wherever possible so the work can be completed safely and in a controlled way from the ground. For larger commercial buildings or difficult access, we can plan suitable access equipment, including MEWPs where required.
Gutter Cleaning / Fascias and Soffits
Gutter cleaning is different from gutter clearing. This is cleaning the outside face of the gutters, along with the fascias and soffits, to improve the look of the property. It can be carried out on its own or alongside a gutter clear for the inside and outside finish.
Conservatory Roof Cleaning
We clean conservatory roofs, frames and panels using pole systems and suitable cleaning methods. This helps brighten the conservatory and improves the look of the whole structure without anyone needing to climb onto the glazing.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Dirt, dust and bird mess can reduce the amount of sunlight reaching the panel surface over time. We clean solar panels with purified water and non-abrasive methods, working safely from the ground with water-fed poles where possible.
Pressure Washing
We clean driveways, patios, paths, paving, concrete and other suitable hard surfaces. Pressure washing can remove dirt, algae, moss, weeds and staining to make surfaces look cleaner and fresher. We check the surface first and match the pressure to the material. Where needed, we can advise on re-sanding block paving afterwards.
Render Cleaning
Green, black or red staining can make a property look older and poorly maintained. We normally soft wash render rather than pressure washing it, because too much pressure can damage the surface. The aim is to clean the staining and freshen the appearance while using the right method for the surface.
Roof Cleaning
Moss and organic build-up can affect the appearance of roof tiles and may contribute to gutter blockages when it breaks away. We look at the access, roof type and condition before recommending the safest and most suitable cleaning method.
Cladding Cleaning
We clean exterior cladding on offices, industrial units, commercial buildings and suitable domestic properties. We can work with access equipment where needed and provide the RAMS, insurance and safe working procedures a commercial site expects.

We look after homes across South Hampshire. That includes regular exterior window cleaning, gutter clearing, gutter cleaning, fascia and soffit cleaning, conservatory roof cleaning, pressure washing, roof cleaning, render cleaning and solar panel cleaning.

Do you clean the frames and sills too?
Yes. Frames, sills and doors are part of every exterior window clean. We do not charge extra for them.
How do you reach high windows?
We use water-fed poles for most properties, and powered access equipment where the height, layout or site requires it.
Will pressure washing damage my driveway?
Not when the correct method is used. We match the pressure to the surface and use more careful methods where needed.
Do you work at schools and care homes?
Yes. We work on schools, care homes and other sensitive sites. We have DBS checked team members, insurance, training and paperwork available for commercial work.
Do you cover outside Hampshire?
For domestic work, we mainly cover South Hampshire. For commercial work, we can cover Hampshire and surrounding counties depending on the project.
