Who we are
We are a Hampshire-based exterior cleaning company working for homeowners, schools, offices, care homes, property managers and commercial sites across South Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
What started as a window cleaning round is now a limited company with five vans, a uniformed team and the equipment, insurance, training and accreditations needed for professional exterior cleaning work. What has not changed is the reason customers call us back: we turn up, we do the job properly and we make the whole process easy.
How Tip Top Started
Tip Top was founded by Tyronne in 2013 as a window cleaning business.
It began by building regular domestic window cleaning rounds and earning trust one street at a time through reliable service, good communication and high standards. Customers then started asking for other exterior cleaning services, including gutter clearing, gutter cleaning, fascia and soffit cleaning, conservatory roof cleaning, pressure washing, roof cleaning, render cleaning and solar panel cleaning.
That is how Tip Top grew from a window cleaning business into a wider exterior cleaning company: by listening to what customers needed and learning to deliver each service properly.
The Company Today
We now run five vans and a growing team, handling regular domestic work alongside larger commercial and exterior cleaning projects. We have invested in professional equipment, training, health and safety systems, accreditations, branding and customer service.
Tip Top now supports homes, businesses, schools, property managers and commercial sites with reliable exterior cleaning and the paperwork commercial clients expect.

Domestic and Commercial Exterior Cleaning
For domestic customers, we keep things simple: clear prices, good communication and a tidy finish.
For commercial customers, we bring more planning, access arrangements, paperwork and site controls. That includes RAMS, site-specific RAMS where required, COSHH information, access planning, trained operators, tested and maintained equipment, and staff ID cards for commercial sites.
